2025 Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario Fellow!
Jessica Glendinning, Partner and Audit Leader at McGovern Hurley LLP, has been selected as a 2025 Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (FCPA). An FCPA is the highest honor that may be bestowed upon a CPA, celebrating exemplary leaders who have made an extraordinary impact within their communities and across the business landscape. Truly, few professionals stand out in this manner within the accounting profession.
Jessica has spent her entire career with McGovern Hurley, joining the firm as a co-op student in 2001 and rising to her current position of Partner and Audit Leader. Throughout her career, she has helped clients navigate some of the most complex audits while mentoring and developing future accounting professionals within the firm.
She continues to demonstrate her commitment to the profession through dedicated volunteer leadership. Currently, she serves on the board with the CPA Ontario Public Accounting Licensing Board and volunteers with the CPA Canada Financial Literacy Program. Her dedication to education and the community continues with her strong connection to the University of Toronto Scarborough, where she has maintained long-term relationships with the co-op program and faculty. She has also given back to her community by serving as a Director, Treasurer, and Finance Chair of the Ajax-Pickering Board of Trade, lending her expertise to contribute to local business growth.
